1) Read 50 books

Frankenstein Read from Oct 08, 2013 to Nov 03, 2013

Read for class. It was a really good book actually, I was surprised! I had to have the audiobook playing along for the first half though since I could barely focus on reading it.

Othello (SparkNotes No Fear Shakespeare) Read from Nov 19, 2013 to Dec 2013

Read for class. Othello was ok. I wouldn’t have read it on my own otherwise.

After Dead: What Came Next in the World of Sookie Stackhouse (Sookie Stackhouse, #13.5) Read from Dec 10, 2013 to Dec 11, 2013

This was an absolute ABOMINATION and an affront to loyal fans of the series! I will never read another book by Charlaine Harris after having read this.

“John Quinn had many more adventures.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! That’s all that is written for a major character in the series, and yet others who I barely remembered had paragraphs of just as bad crap. I’m horribly disappointed in what I just read.

It took me an hour to read what took her a year to write, that’s how appalling it is. I wouldn’t recommend this book to anyone to read, I’m just glad I didn’t pay for it!

Torment (Fallen, #2) Read from Dec 20, 2013 to Dec 23, 2013

A pretty decent continuation of the story. Glad she finally grew some lady balls at the end instead of playing the victim card.

Passion Read from Dec 23, 2013 to Dec 31, 2013

Fallen in Love: A Fallen Novel in Stories Read from Jan 10, 2014 to Mar 25, 2014

A beautifully sappy book on finding love! It was great reading how each of the characters found love from the series, even if that love didn’t last. Great character development.

10/50 read
