Every time I log onto Pinterest, I’m reminded that at one point I actually cared enough to find ways to lose weight and get healthy. Then that annoying voice in the back of my head wakes up and reminds me that I posted them years ago and still haven’t lost much.
That little voice needs a mouth gag sometimes.
Everyday at work I’m amazed at my ability to lift 70 lb dogs from the floor to 4ft tables or back into cars. But then, I’m huffing and puffing afterwards.
Cardio has never been something I was known for!
I’ll definitely be putting more effort into correcting this. Maybe even incorporate it into my gaming and Netflix habits! *fingers crossed*
